We are getting a lot of enquiries along the lines "How do I...?" and "How to...?". These should be directed to TomTom Customer Services or asked in the appropriate forums. As much as we would like to help you to get the most out of your GOs, we are simply unable to answer these e-mails.
Please only contact us if you want to have your GO or SD card repaired, or have comments about the website. Please include your contact phone number in the message if possible.
You should normally receive a reply within four business days. If you haven't received a reply within a week it might mean that either your or our e-mail was not delivered. If that happens please contact us again.
Our price for most repairs is £50 all inclusive, if we can repair the unit.
We do not sell spare parts.
